I am impressed, Papa John's Pizza was really fantastic. The atmosphere of this place is great and so inviting! Every single thing we ordered was great and the menu itself was to die for. Staff are extremely welcoming. They're attentive, respectful and always on their game. How could you not love Papa John's Pizza?
Every time I have ordered through uber eats they never listen to the notes i leave for the kitchen and when I call them up to ask for the correct pizza they give me an attitude over the phone and hang up the phone and since then I have stopped ordering from them and have gone to dominos where I recieve way better service and more meat on the pizza

Business must be good because it was busy, HOWEVER customer service skills need to be improved when dealing with the public. It was chaotic with walk ins and people picking up UBEReats and Doordash. Maybe consider hiring more people to manage the front.
