Overall the place is nice and the service is good, sometimes.The last time I went was with my 4 friends and they were served 7 minutes before me and I was there trying to order. A worker walks in to start his shift and proceeds to help me. I give a personal thanks to him. Even though I was ignored I still give them a fair three stars.
First Ralph's of the year. I got cherry ices I started eating and could swear there was pieces of something not editable but decided maybe it was chunks of cherries. Finally I looked at what the piece was and it was a piece of plastic. I thought maybe it was a one time price but it wasn't I continued to get slivers of plastic throughout the entire cup.

Visiting family in New York, I was introduced to Ralph's. Wow what a treat!! Small, clean location, with friendly staff and limited parking. You can sample the flavor before purchasing. I tried the pistachio (green color pistachio) creme ices. Sooo good ? I can see this becoming an addiction ? They accept cash and card.
