They were mopping the floor. Didn't tell customers floor was wet before coming down the stairs. Continued to mop while I was ordering. Asked me to step to the other side so he could mop where I was standing. Dangerous and unprofessional. Should be done when store is closed.
Typical Subway experience

Subway, located in Valley Stream, has been a popular spot since 1995. Known for its fresh and clean environment, this family-owned business offers a variety of vegetarian options, including wraps, sandwiches, and salad bowls. The staff is friendly and attentive, carefully following customer instructions for their meals. However, there is room for improvement in the consistency of sandwich preparation, as some customers have experienced rushed service and mistakes. This location is wheelchair accessible through a full ramp, but it is worth noting that other customers have reported issues with wheelchair accessibility at some Subway locations. Overall, Subway in Valley Stream is a reliable option for a quick and tasty meal.
