CAFFÈ del CORSO is a hidden gem serving fine dining at its finest. This restaurant offers a lovely brunch experience with fresh and delicious dishes, including the citrus and arugula salad. Favorites include the pizzette bufala and stuffed chicken. The menu boasts top-quality dishes, such as mushroom rissotto, scallops, swordfish, salmon, and ribeye, all full of flavor. The Veggie Panini is the best, with a green sauce that is one of the best side sauces. The Mediterranean salad was marvelous and the scallops with mushroom risotto were excellent. The Mediterranean Octopus was flavorful and the veal chop was tender and delicious. With great service and a nice atmosphere, it's a must-visit, even if it's located in a strip mall. The interior is good with nice quiet seating. Note that it's a BYOB establishment and has fine dining prices.
