Desperate need of more staff... drove an hour and half for chipotle to have to wait another 30 minutes to eat because they only accept online orders. Crazy to me. Better off going to Johnson City location.
Probably the dirtiest chipotle i've been in... Customer service from staff was to be expected by a bunch of college students. Please clean the floors and maybe have a clean table to eat in at.

I thought there couldn't be a worse chipotle than the one in Ithaca but somehow this one is WAY worse. It's never open to order inside, the tables, floors and beverage area are always trashed, and when you are lucky enough to catch them open it takes 30-45 minutes to be served if theres 4-5 people in front of you. This place won't last unless something miraculous happens.
