Our whole family loves Macarollin! Anytime we go to an event and the Macarollin truck is there, it is guaranteed that we will order, even if there are other amazing food trucks there (although we may visit those too since we are foodies). The food is deliciously consistent. My daughter and I love the classic mac, my husband's favorite is the pulled pork, bacon or buffalo chicken mac, and my son's favorite is the lobster mac. I had the Maryland crab Mac n cheese. It was delicious! Tons of crab flavor, it was super cheesy, and the breadcrumbs on top added a nice crunch! Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

With no exaggeration, I think I can say this is the best mac and cheese I've ever had. Stopped at the food truck at 315 Brewery in Camillus and tried the basic mac. The foundations of what I thought good mac and cheese was have been demolished. They have been replaced with Macarollin.
