“Note : to me and only me the ribs had a bite to them ( not sure ) spice or how they were prepared.

Note 2 : in the picture I sent of my food the little box ( right of ribs ) was Brussels sprouts ( and ) to me not the best taste.

Now saying all the above does not mean it would be the same experience I had.
Each of us has there own tastes so you experience will be different than mine.

Service I give 3 out if 5 : person waiting on us did not check on things as much as other places I have been, but also to be far the person did check so that's the reason for the score.

Atmosphere : 5 in my humble opinion.
Can talk very easily and the room is done with the right amount of details.“

“We had a really nice time here! It's common in a neighborhood bar like this to have heads turn when you enter, but I wasn't expecting everybody to be so welcoming, from patrons to the bartender. Super friendly! Its nostalgic, divey, and comfortable .Cash only, park across the street.“

“My wife and I have eaten here probably a dozen times and have never had a bad experience. The food is great, the service is always good, and the prices aren't out of line. I tend to order NY strip or ribeye, and my wife always orders the sirloin and parmesan crusted chicken combo. My opinion, you can't go wrong here.“

“First time here and overall it was a positive experience. It's not a huge space so when it gets busy like it was on our visit people tend to wait outdoors or crowd the entrance. There are 2 chairs to wait at and a bench outside. If you're rude you hang around the register so people have a hard time paying their check and struggle to leave. That's probably the biggest issue. They'd be better off removing the booth closest to the door/register to make more space for patrons to wait. The couple that were seated there were subjected to idiots standing basically right on top of them waiting ro be seated. Moving on, the menu is large and has some new twists on classics. Do you like eggs Benedict, give this place a try. Our waitress was great, attentive and hustling but not rude. Staff were communicating with each other about clearing tables, announcing which tables were available and helping each other. We did wait almost 20 minutes before we got our food but they were packed. The food was very good, not great but worth coming back. Prices were very reasonable for today's standards.“

“We just had an spectacular dinner at Horizons to celebrate our son's graduation! From the moment we entered the restaurant everyone was kind, welcoming and so accommodating!! We had the salt bread, flatbread andcrab cakes for appetizer that we shared, all excellent. I had the pork chop and all I can say is WOW! And the desserts were phenomenal! The best part? The service! Aga, our waitress, was warm and friendly and helped us pick the perfect dishes, Christy and Andy made us delicious cocktails and Valentin and Maddie made sure our cups were always full.
My only negative about the whole experience is that we haven't been here sooner!! Can't wait to be back!!!“

“Delicious! My wife and I were checking out the menu during the Canal Days when the owner stepped out and introduced himself. He was great to talk to and suggested we try the special. She had the special (turkey BLT wrap) and I had the beef on wick. Food was delicious and the service was top-notch in our book.
We will definitely be stopping in on our next visit to Fairport :)“

“Went to Rays for breakfast which was very good. Got the bill and there is charge for toast. Since when do you get charged for toast with eggs. The waitress should tell her customer that there is a extra charge for toast.“

“All you can eat, allergy accommodating dining hall that puts it's students first. The staff is really welcoming and always says hello. You can get everything including pasta, the wok station, salad, fruit, soup, burgers and fries, sandwiches, desserts, ice cream, fresh bagels and English muffins, and whatever the hot entree's of the day are. Lackmann is always trying to find new and exciting things for students and loves getting feedback. Overall, a fantastic dining hall on campus!“

“Today we had a problem with a takeout order at Flaherty's. The order we picked up was inaccurate. We called and the person who answered said to come back in a few minutes. When we returned we were greeted by the manager who offered his apologies for the mishap and offered to give us a free meal for our inconvenience. In summation: A problem resolved! “Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner the food is always GREAT! We live nearby and Park Place is our go-to eatery whenever I don't feel like cooking (which is pretty often these days). I like the pancakes and my hubby gets spaghetti frequently. Portion sizes are very generous and leftovers make a great snack at home.“

“My husband took me for dinner and ice cream this afternoon after a few errands. I was not able to enter the restaurant, as I have a badly broken foot and I rested in the car. My husband brought out a beautifully made sundae for me!! I would have gone inside and thanked the server, but I just needed to rest. Little did that server know, I will be having surgery in two days, and I have been in so much pain, unable to sleep, and hardly able to eat, from worry. That sundae cheered me up SO much!!!!
