“We had 2 events in the month of February. Meg was my point of contact for both. She has the best communication skills I have ever come across at a restaurant! She was super easy to get ahold of and always answered my questions promptly and efficiently. She was very accommodating with our themed events and made sure the room was set up to meet our needs. The room was organized well and we had ample space for both events that had over 20 people at each one. The food came out quickly and the portions were good and the food was tasty. I enjoyed both my meals and the great service that was provided. When they were made aware of any questions or concerns, they were dealt with quickly, we just had to let them know. There was a discrepancy with the gratuity accidentally being charged 20% for one of the events, but as soon as they were made aware of the situation it was taken care of. They went above and beyond and they will be at the top of my list for my next event!“

“Went late arrived around 7pm looking for dinner. Had a choice of Kansas city Hot Chicken or 96 BBQ. Chose BBQ and was pleasantly surprised! From the appearance outside unsure if it was take-out only, so had my husband check if they had tables. You immediately are welcomed with the wonderful aroma of good BBQ. Service was good once you got your table. The food came to the table quickly. Excellent appearance and the portions were generous. I found both the ribs and brisket to be tender and well seasoned. Bark on brisket was beautiful with a little of a peppery bite. Ribs (half rack) were fall of the bone tender. Corn bread was a bit sweet but moist. Smokehouse beans were meaty with good sauce. We will return to try more of the menu.“

“Went to Rays for breakfast which was very good. Got the bill and there is charge for toast. Since when do you get charged for toast with eggs. The waitress should tell her customer that there is a extra charge for toast.“

“My new husband and I came to the Finger Lakes on our honeymoon. We were in Canandaigua and were recommended Wally's by a local for a late-night dinner. What a fantastic experience! We had the wings and the Wally's plate, and we’ll be thinking of both for a long time!“

“We had 8 of us show up and we were served outside with our two dogs while they were also hosting a huge indoor event! Food was delicious, drinks were right on and sitting outside with our dogs was lovely! I thought it would be a much longer wait for everything since they were so busy but it was not at all! They are also offering some kickball league, cornhole, and so much more! There’s live music every weekend and just an overall wonderful place to go.“

“Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner the food is always GREAT! We live nearby and Park Place is our go-to eatery whenever I don't feel like cooking (which is pretty often these days). I like the pancakes and my hubby gets spaghetti frequently. Portion sizes are very generous and leftovers make a great snack at home.“

“My husband took me for dinner and ice cream this afternoon after a few errands. I was not able to enter the restaurant, as I have a badly broken foot and I rested in the car. My husband brought out a beautifully made sundae for me!! I would have gone inside and thanked the server, but I just needed to rest. Little did that server know, I will be having surgery in two days, and I have been in so much pain, unable to sleep, and hardly able to eat, from worry. That sundae cheered me up SO much!!!! You never know exactly who is on the receiving end of your work -- but that waiter made our sundaes as though they were a gift or from a fancy restaurant! I was so delighted! Thank you! “My wife and I have eaten here probably a dozen times and have never had a bad experience. The food is great, the service is always good, and the prices aren't out of line. I tend to order NY strip or ribeye, and my wife always orders the sirloin and parmesan crusted chicken combo. My opinion, you can't go wrong here.“

“Everything was absolutely amazing!! Our waitress was Jenna and she was absolutely incredible, we didn’t have to ask for a refill once she was on top of it! We had two appetizers: Buffalo Chicken Dip and Spinach and Artichoke Dip, they were both incredible! The spinach and artichoke dip had a tasty layer of cheese on top and the Buffalo chicken dip definitely had some heat but in the best way, sooo good! I ended up ordering the Jack’d n cheese after Jenna helped me pick and it was so good! It was spicy, creamy, the tenders were nice and crispy, everything about it was just phenomenal, also the cheese left in the bottom of the skillet is perfect for dipping chips and fries into! My parents and partner got the meatball sub and they couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. We will definitely be back, and really hope Jenna is our waitress again!“

“My boyfriend and I decided to try Nick’s for dinner tonight. We were very pleased from the front door service/seating to our waitress Annmarie. She was fantastic at recommending drinks and our main course. The atmosphere had a cool jazz club with the ambiance and music. We highly recommend the prime rib!
