The best baker in New York State. Deserts , cup cakes to die for. Cakes are amazing, fluffy and soft, delicious. Italian pastries better than Italy bakers. Phenomenal baker. I love this place.
I could not be more thankful for this business owner and the lovely workers. Last minute they were able to create a cake for my niece during the time of my sister's passing and we have stuck with them since for all our needs. They were amazing and completely understanding. We got a white cake with strawberry filling from Calculated Confections for our small (10-person) wedding and it was perfect! Not only did it look exactly as I had hoped, it was delicious too! Multiple people at the wedding commented that it was the most moist and delicious cake they had ever had. We even took what little was left and ate it on our honeymoon in Montauk. Thank you for making our cake dreams come true!!
