It's a Dunkin. I am a fan. The service was exceptional. So friendly and welcoming. Just so pleasant to go there..made my afternoon.

Dunkin' is a popular spot in the Walden area, known for getting orders right every time. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to assist customers, with the morning crew being fantastic. However, the building's layout and design have received criticism, with some customers finding the interior cold, the drive-thru winding and difficult to navigate, and the parking lot congested. The drive-thru line can be long, taking 20 minutes to get through. The younger staff, particularly the afternoon crew, have been described as giving attitude, laughing over the speaker, and guessing orders. Food is often cold or wrong. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a favorite among locals, particularly New Yorkers who are addicted to their coffee. One employee provided awesome customer service, fixing an order and making the night better.
