There were 3 orders in front of me (2 groups of 2 & a single person). I waited for over twenty minutes to get to the front of the line. Then waited another 10 minutes and gave up and went home. At one point the person behind the counter was B.S.ing with a customer who got their order for a few minutes before taking care of the next customer in line. Pls bring back other fries! New ones suck they used to be so crispy and crunchy now its just so much potato with soft crinkle cut? Whyyyy i think the fries r actually making me cry. Im disappointed
