Last couple of times horrible service. Boy and girl more interested in hanging on each other then helping then being rude. A girl there think name Kayla thinks she’s a princess so rude parents fail there. Won’t return till staff is corrected
My wife and I and our kids and mother-in-law went there tonight for ice cream about 630. We ordered our stuff and my wife got the mocha coffee with dip on it and the kid came to the window with it and it was completely falling apart. He said hold on I have to get a cup for you. She didn’t want it in a cup she wanted it on a cone. We both thought he would put it with the mistakes and make another one but he didn’t.
