I’ve had Katie’s blueberry pie, cupcakes and her signature carrot cake and everything has been absolutely delicious! Her carrot cake is SO moist and full of delicious, fresh goodness that you can actually see the carrots and raisins. The frosting adds the perfect sweetness and enhances the cake’s flavor.
