My friends and I met for coffee at Simply Spinelli this morning and had a lovely experience. From the coffee to the parfaits to the treats, everything was fresh and delicious. The shop itself is clean, airy, and welcoming. The owner and the staff were patient and accommodating and even brought water to our table. We can’t wait to return!
When a business owner cares this much, you can truly feel it. Everything is delicious, the space is beautiful and clean, and service is great. I brought a box of 25 nutribombs to a client meeting recently (my client eats gluten-free, so yummy treats can be hard to come by) and everyone commented on how incredible they were. So excited that I live nearby so that I can visit regularly.

The coffee is great, with homemade vanilla syrup that tastes so natural. Menu highlights include the iced coconut matcha with coconut cold foam, roasted garlic turkey panini, turkey chipotle and turkey ranch paninis, mozzarella avocado toast, banana chocolate chip muffin, strawberry banana smoothie, and collagen iced latte. The strawberry matcha is so good it would make someone sell their first born, and the delicious nutribombs are worth taking across state lines.
