“Wow, the poke bowl I got today was amazing. They have a touch screen where you can add whatever you want and as you can see from my picture I added pretty much everything you could possibly add. The yellowtail, salmon and tuna were all delicious. And all the toppings and vegetables were fresh and crisp. “This place is an actual gem. I stopped by on what was arguably probably their busiest day this whole year and unfortunately had to leave before I could order. I came back the next day and not only did the co-owners remember me and apologize for the long wait time, they had surveyed almost everyone in line in order to get ideas on how to improve the wait time and ordering process and it worked! Truly so impressed by this level of customer service and dedication to your business. It’s so rare to see that these days and it’s why small businesses are the heart and soul of a town. On top of that, my drink was fantastic, the place was sparkling clean with a super calming atmosphere, and all of the employees were 100% on it, even towards the end of another insanely busy day. Kudos to battling a worldwide matcha shortage, increased popularity from TikTok, and a super busy fall season. I will be back every time I’m in Beacon!“

“I got the pork dumplings fried and a strawberry milk boba; the best dumplings in PK hands down, was the perfect portion and the soy sauce was great as well. Everybody was nice and food didn’t take too long, will definitely be coming back consistently! :)“

“The pho here is the best I've ever had. The broth is delicious and the cuts of beef are fresh and tender. They have a very excellent product. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is that the service leaves something to be desired. While it's understandable that the woman who works cash register/takeout/dine in is probably not going to be super quick to help, there are times there are only 1-2 people in the restaurant and she is equally checked out. There is very little sense of urgency/attentiveness to help refill drinks, etc. They should just make it a fast casual place where you pick up your order from the front counter and seat yourself, help yourself to water, bc that's what happens anyways.“
