Bubble Tea • $
“The bubble tea craving hit us one Saturday afternoon. We were in the area so I searched from some boba spots nearby and found Coco Fresh. I didn't realize it was located inside of 99 Ranch, which I go to pretty frequently, but have never tried this spot. I actually didn't end up ordering bubble tea but was happy with my choice. I had the chunky mango slush. I normally don't really like mango flavored things because of the fake mango taste but I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. It had a good amount of real mango, which was nice with the slush. It was a little bit too sweet for me but I added some ice when I got home, and it did the trick. Hubby had the 2 Ladies (with bubbles + pudding), and I liked that drink too.Next time I do some grocery shopping at 99 Ranch, I'll have to make another stop at Coco Fresh.“
“Gong Cha is my favorite bubble tea chain. There's something about the way they brew their teas that gives their drinks a distinct aroma and flavor. My go-to drink there is the milk foam black tea or oolong tea. The Hackensack store is pretty small and only has a couple of chairs. If you want a more loungy setup, I recommend the New Milford location.“
“Doris went above and beyond with making our drinks! She was extremely nice and made sure our drinks were made to our specifications. If you’re looking for a good bubble tea spot Real Fruit Bubble Tea in Hackensack has the best options and the best staff!“
“Yum yum yummm. As a Taiwanese person, I loveeee the basil mayo sauce with the large popcorn chicken. It’s a total delight after a long workout at the climbing gym too. I also reccomend the ru rou fan (marinated pork) on a bed of rice a with half an egg and scallions“
“I visited during the grand opening special and ordered a bubble tea and a taro bubble tea! I think both tasted good, nothing special, but I did like the chewy texture of the boba! I also thought the staff were very welcoming and nice! They gave me a boba plushy keychain and a donut as part of their promotion! The space is a bit small inside but has a few stools to sit! This is a great addition to the bubble tea options in this area!“
“The service, food, and atmosphere were all amazing! I was a little hesitant at first to try a Korean Corn Dog coated in sugar, but it was actually pretty good! My little sister forgot her bubble tea (really good by the way) where we were sitting and one of the staff brought it out to us as we were leaving. Overall it was a wonderful and delightful experience and I highly recommend this place!“
“I work 12 hour shifts near here and I’m always soooo tired halfway through. I come here for a quick pick me up. The lady behind the counter is the absolute sweetest, drinks aside- she always lightens my mood. The açaí bowls are to die for- not mid. I’ve tried so many spots in Astoria and Vela is consistently yummy. Today. I went in for a milk tea and they ran out of boba. She went an extra mile to charge me for a medium despite me ordering a large! Soooo sweet. ??“
“First, the owners that run this place are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I ordered a noodle bowl with marinated tofu and veggies, it was fresh and flavorful. I will definitely be back soon, I got my eye on them baos..“
“My family and I love love love Kubo. Since they opened, we def try to come here any time were in the area. My fave fave fave is the Ube Soft Serve with Taiyaki and boba. Their soft serve is just so creamy and flavorful. I haven't tried everything on their menu yet, but I def plan to. Posting a pic from our most recent visit last week.They have a small seating area, but in the warmer seasons they add some extra outside seating which is nice. Its always a great place for some pics, too.10/10 Highly recommend!“
“I came here for the first time last night. I’ve been to the other restaurants with the same name I have to say I think the atmosphere here is better it’s bigger and it’s just more comfortable. The waitress was nice and speak much English but she knew what I wanted. I ordered the combo with ramen soup & teriyaki chicken. It came with white rice.. I was very hungry so I ate everything. I love the broth of the soup. It’s very delicious. It was cold last night so this really hit the spot. They have plenty of parking and Plenty of seats. I highly recommend this restaurant for Ramen..Parking: there are a lot of parking spots. No problem to get a spot here.“
