“The food here is AMAZING. The waffles are always perfectly warm and the ice-cream perfectly creamy. I usually don’t like boba but this place changed my mind for good. The server Alexa who works on the weekends is SUPER nice and understanding. Very friendly conversation and a good customer service support. Amazing good work“

“I really enjoyed my soup and dumplings. I think this style of food tastes better than what you get at your Chinese food take out place. I had a tomato / beef soup and was impressed with the cut, flavor and texture of the beef. Quality. 1st time customer. Definitely will be going back to try other dishes. This is an interesting place. Check it out.“

“First time trying boba and I’m so glad I came to Gong Cha! I had no idea what to order, but Karina and Jaritxa were both super welcoming and helpful. Karina recommended the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea — she said it was their most popular, and now I know why. So good!

She even asked me how sweet I wanted it and if I preferred light ice, which made the whole experience feel really personalized. The shop was super clean and both girls were so sweet and friendly. 10/10 service — I’ll definitely be back!“

“Tiger King at Bay Plaza Mall is an awesome spot! The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well-organized, and they have a great selection of products. Shopping here is always a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re at Bay Plaza!“

“I came here last night in the rain, thats how hard I was craving bubble tea. The fabulous Adrianna (i think that was her name) greeted me with a warm smile as her A1 musical selection wanted through the store speakers. What a welcoming and authentic experience. She recommended the Oreo Caramel drink, which I purchased along w the adorable Gong Cha key chain and bubble tea Christmas ornament, and I gladly added a tip. Very refreshing customer experience that made a positive impact on me 💯 I will be happy to return again!“
