“My only regret was I just ordered a cheeseburger, I will have to come back and try the rest of the menu. Burger was VERY well seasoned, fries are honestly the best in town, and the price point is perfect- tell me anywhere else you can get a burger and fries for 10 bucks! Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend this place. I might try the Motherlode platter next time I have a bunch of people over.“

“We tried The Gem tonight and we were not disappointed. Friendly service from start to finish. We chose wings as our appetizer and two draft beers! The wings were crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. For our main course, we selected the smoked brisket with potato salad and baked beans as our sides. This was by far the best smoked brisket we have had. We ended the meal with the sticky toffee pudding and vanilla ice cream 😍. Head to The Gem for a great meal!“

“ADK nachos were super good!! My husband got the steak and loved it. I did half a chicken with homemade bbq sauce, sweet potato fries and Mac n cheese. Chicken and fries were soooo good. I found the Mac n cheese to be bland but I think that’s the style if you were to pile on something bbq flavored then it would have been better. On its own it wasn’t my taste but everything else was very good. Can’t wait to go back next trip to Lake George!“
