“Haute cuisine it ain't so if that's what you're expecting try Lizzie Keyes up the road. Spirits is a classic American dive bar and as such it rules. Not only will you find one or two of your favorite canned macro-brew beers on hand, there's a full-ish bar, a pool table of great age, a digital juke box and great bar food plus a ton of extra menu items. I go for the cheeseburgers - best in town. Great company (locals rock), decent food, perfect dive bar atmosphere and not far from home. I'm just missing a karaoke night now and then. Just a suggestion. Five stars all the time.“
“Another accidently find, went to turn around after looking for somewhere to eat and saw it was a pizza place. Grabbed to go lasagna and a salad. Both was great! The lasagna has a sweet taste, something ive never had. Definitely try this place out!!“
“Ordered take out a few nights ago and everything was incredible. Best turkey sub in town and the zucchini fries were to die for! The chicken wings were also so delicious and nice and crispy. A true Lake George gem and staple! Highly recommend.“
“Food was OUTSTANDING. Our server was also a gem. Only reason for 4 stars is price. Two meals with a shared appetizer and a glass of wine each was $149 before tip. Sign of an economy that has been beat to shreds over past 3 years I guess. Great place for a special occasion.“

“This LG staple year round is a must try if in the area ! Usually are go to Around valentines ! Inside is a little dated but hey, it’s been there since the early 1960s ! The Waitresses are excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable ! Drinks are always on point ! Clams casino as an appetizer is our absolute favorite ! It’s an Italian place, but they can cook seafood that’s for sure any of that is a must try ! Wont be disappointing if you save room for dessert either?“
“Capri pizza is in my personal top 5 favorite pizza shops of all time. Their traditional New York cheese pizza is bomb! Every time I come to Lake George and craving a pizza I come here. The atmosphere and decor hasn’t changed in 20+ years. The inside needs alittle TLC with maybe a good scrub to the walls and new tables. But if your just going for a great tasting slice or whole pizza, capri is it.“
“The food is out of this world, and the staff is very personable.One more time, the food is OUT OF THIS WORLD. They make their own sauces, they bake their own bread. This place is no joke, best pizza in the ADK. The flat breads are insanely delicious too.“
