Was excited to try a new restaurant in Warwick and the setting is beautiful. The outdoor area looked really nice and the inside is beautiful. The atmosphere is stunning but the food is mediocre at best. The burrata was hard and flavorless. Worst burrata I have ever had and very overpriced at $18. I had the monkfish special, my son had the burger and my husband had the short ribs. All were average and again, very overpriced for the lack of flavor. Excellent cuisine, attentive staff and an overall cozy atmosphere in every room. This is fine dining without the pretentiousness that usually comes with it. The Old Stone House is, in my opinion, the finest dining experience in the entire county. 10 out of 10.
I had the pleasure of eating here with my family for Father’s Day.
What a wonderful experience! The service was exceptional. Liz Greeted us at the door and quickly sat us with a warm welcome.
