I am a huge fan of McDonald's french fries and I am extremely disappointed. This is the 7th time we have ordered from them and when the order is delivered there is always something missing. I can't blame the dasher because McDonald's always seals their bags so the dasher is unable to verify that the order is complete.Very disappointed
My dad went through the drive thru. Ordered a happy meal 6 nuggets and 2 fries with a few bbq sauces and only got 1 bbq , also ordered a mc-chicken and 2 plain hamburgers which were not plain...my hamburgers were cold. he discovered all this when he got home.

Went in for a quick bite and had an employee who was just rude, unprofessional, and didn't want to spend time dealing with customers. No smile, no nothing. When food was up, they yelled out order, and you had to go up and get it. Not long ago, they would bring out your order to you. Makes no sense.....if you place an order with a kiosk, you get a number, and they bring food to your table. You order from an employee directly they don't bring the food to you.... talk about not doing...read full review
