“Absolutely my favorite place for Milkshakes!! I don't indulge in coffee, so I can't rate how their coffee is, but if it's what they're known for, and their milkshakes are this good? You know they are somehow even better if you enjoy coffee.
I can see a long future of coming here, especially due to the service and atmosphere! Everyone working here is so friendly and inviting, as well as understanding. I have never felt as if I was not listened to, which is a must in my book for a place like this!
As one last note I would like to add, I am not sure who put this, but I appreciate the sweet message someone wrote on my shake this most recent time ordering!“

“Most donuts are too doughy, or too dry. Years ago, before Dunkin changed how they do their donuts (they're frozen these days and cooked up at the local franchise - yuk).
Daylight breaks the trend with amazing donuts. They're literally just like the original Dunkin recipe from 30 years ago.
If we ever find our way to Utica again Daylight Donuts will be a must-visit.“

“First time in last night on a whim, trying out another restaurant in the area and decided to go for dessert. So glad we did! The atmosphere was excellent & the staff were wonderful, welcoming and kind. We got a few drinks, N/A and some boozy drinks. All were excellent and made exactly as we asked for. The desserts were nothing but decadent. Impressed to say the least - we will most definitely be back for more!“

“Everytime I come here I get amazing consistency in product I love love love the cannoli cookie it always is perfect snd soft and fluffy and the cookie is soft and delicious honestly the best cookie recipe I’ve ever had in my life. The cannoli part is always such a delight. The other morning somehow the ones I bought had a harder cookie than usual and the cannoli parts were very odd. Not fluffy, harder than usual to the point I almost went back for new ones but there were only a few in the case so I just sucked it up that day. Kind of tasted like it’s been in the fridge all night and was not fresh. I highly recommend any of their cannoli and cookie products , lemon/chocolate meatballs are amazing, almond cookies are to die for.“

“The chicken tenders and fries were excellent as always. Light, crispy, and juicy.They seem to have introduced burgers since I last visited here, and the Liciousburger was amazing! It was fresh, fragrant, and so tasty. I won't list names, but it is definitely better than a lot of burgers in downtown Utica.“

“Always have loved Starbucks and have been a long time shareholder. Brian Nicole has promised to return Starbucks as a gathering place and I just don’t see it at this location. No condiment bar. I’m having my coffee inside and it’s in a paper cup. Where’s the offer of a mug? Are not your improvements across all units?“
“I ordered DoorDash yesterday 1/4/26 at 3:49 PM I ordered a chicken flatbread, cold brew and chocolate croissant. typically my coffee isn’t that special. Whoever took their time to craft my cold brew deserves the recognition. This might’ve been the best drink I’ve ever ordered from Starbucks and it’s literally the same order I order all the time. I really do appreciate when workers take their time to make sure the drink is pretty & well made. Thank you to the worker who made my coffee, it really put me in a great mood for my shift.“

“Food was good and fresh... I went through the drive thru, so I cannot speak towards the conditions or atmosphere in the store... But the drive thru attendant was kind and efficient... Our Food was made and received in a quick manner... My fries were hot and fresh... The nuggets were warm but slightly on the old side... My boyfriend's burgers were made to his specifications... My mocha frappe was great... But with all that we ordered for food, we only received one napkin... Also never got the barbeque sauce I wanted for the nuggets...
