“We had to go to my in-laws to help them and needed dinner so my wife found this place and I looked at their menu and saw the family size for us and thought perfect. Not only was the food good but I saved ten percent by ordering online which I liked. We live in Florida NY, but I’d be willing to go here again and try some other dishes.“

“This is a great place to go to for breakfast through dessert! Nice breakfast menu, some classic options as well as native choices. Brunch/ Lunch options like chimichangas, taco salads, pozole are perfect for mid day. Then for dinner they have Chicken, Steak or Seafood entrees to choose from including chicken in a spicy cream sauce to bacon wrapped shrimp. Chips and salsa are available for the table to share. And of course flan for dessert or horchata, a sweet cinnamon rice milk along with a full alcohol bar. Staff is super friendly and attentive. They will treat you like family and take great care of you. Portions are a great size, you will not leave hungry and will have enough for left overs to enjoy a second time. As of now, they are open 7 days a week from breakfast til dessert.“

“Our first time visiting Monarca and it was excellent. I chose the cammarones (shrimp with mushrooms and tequila) with the charro. (The charro!!! ?) So good! We ordered the queso which was spicy and very tasty. Margaritas were so good. We all left stuffed and satisfied. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I loved the decor, the seating and ambiance. I'm surprized to see some of the comments here. People do have to realize a new business doesn't just open and run like clockwork. It takes time for staff to gel and get a system down. Its unrealistic to not expect that a brand new establishment needs time to work out kinks. That's why Im glad we waited to visit until now because we were very pleased and will be back!! We ordered steak tacos and nachos with homemade drinks. Food 5 out of 5, Service was great as well 5 out of 5 and we even made a new friend M. The atmosphere was good enough for this small and quaint location. I think the only Con is that the A/C was not working at its best during the heat wave and it was quiet warm inside. Tonight I got NO flour tortillas for my fajitas! Usually they would bring the missing item out to me but tonight all I got was "the mailbox on this number has not been set up yet". “Most Authentic Tacos in the area. I’m from Arizona (Mexican food goes HARD) and this place was the best tacos I’ve had for NY tacos. I tried Cabeza, Suadero, Carnitas, Al Pastor and Lengua. All were great and would go here over anywhere else. Do I have suggestions since I’ve had amazing tacos being that I’m from Arizona? Of course, but overall the meat flavor and texture is what makes or breaks the meal. They definitely have that together! Which makes the rest of the menu probable to be delicious. Highly recommended.“

I had the breakfast burrito., AWESOME.
A simple, straightforward deli/breakfast type place. I watched several orders come out. The plates were full of freshly made food.
My burrito was the size of a brick, and delicious. Everyone I saw eat enjoyed their meal, clean plates, empty bowls.
The ladies working there were quite friendly and all smiles. The service was great, the tables clean, and atmosphere simple and inviting.
