Kissaki Sushi in Water Mill is always a great experience. The restaurant is clean and modern and the staff is friendly and attentive. The tuna avocado roll was incredible. It was fresh, smooth, and full of flavor. Easily one of the best things I have had there. I also tried the wagyu fried rice and it was just as impressive.
