“Took a nice stroll through the Outlet Mall and stumbled upon a unique cafe that had a Bodega environment and an amazing experience! I wanted a smoothie, got a nice banana pineapple blend and an iced coconut mocha. Really great time chatting with Sam and he def made a new customer”

“This was such a great find after a long day on the fall tours. We were driving to Ithaca and looking for some good food. We were all so pleased surprised. Everything was fresh and delicious and the service was stellar! Mushroom pasta and the fish!!!”

“The service at this wonderful little restaurant inside Del Lago Casino is a wonderful place. The food is always great and the prices are reasonable for today's economy. The portions are generous and always cooked to order. The best part is the wonderful service provided by the always joyful servers. Tonight we had both Candace and Arielle serving us and they were phenomenal!! We always make sure we eat here when at the casino.”

“Stopped with my sister in law for coffee before a trip to Rochester. My nephew was in the back yelling because he thought it was an ice cream place…. They were so sweet and gave him a little cup of whipped cream and sprinkles as an ice cream substitute. This was the best customer service ever ❤️”

“We normally order from marks on night we don't feel like cooking bit for some reasonn they said the can't deliver to us. So we called pats. Pats went out of there way to deliver the Buffalo chicken pizza was excellent for the price. I even called the store and thanked then the gentleman that answered the phone was as excited as I was for the complement. My family also owns a business here locally and we order lunch everyday. We will be doing business with pats for now on”

“Do not miss this spot! The food and the vibes are immaculate 💯 we were out boating on Seneca for the day and discovered this hidden gem while searching for a lunch spot (trying to avoid fancy expensive hotel restaurants). The owner, Bob, helped us dock and even held my son’s hand while the rest of us got off the boat. Bob & Donna are genuine, kind people who really care about their clientele. NOW FOR THE FOOD! I’m not sure where else you can get a 24-hr smoked brisket with 2 sides for $18 anywhere in the world but you can find it here and it’s out of this world. The chef has won awards for his barbecue and it totally shows. Simply put - the food is fantastic and reasonably priced! This place is kid-friendly and from what I could tell also pet-friendly. If you’re looking for a chill lunch spot while out boating on Seneca or just stopping on your way to or from the finger lakes then this is your spot!”

“The Valentine’s Day decorated chocolate chip cookie was absolutely delicious. It was $6.99. Tried one pretzel bite from a friend.that was absolutely delicious .fresh baked,buttered and salted despite the cost of $8.99 for a soda cup full. I passed on fountain drinks they were so expensive, but then when I went to the food court, it wasn’t much different from the two restaurants that were still open. The girls working were very friendly however, the smell when you walked in, was neither of fresh baked pretzels or fresh baked cookies. It was something offputting More like dirty grease . everything is very expensive nowadays, but this shop is no more money than everywhere else.

Kid-friendliness: What kids don’t like cookies with lots of frosting or a classic chocolate chip cookie maybe even a cookie with M&Ms in it.

Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely handicapped accessible as long as you can maneuver a manual door”

“Everything was great except for a lady at a neighboring table. She spoke so loudly that it was difficult to hear my husband and it was inappropriate for this type of restaurant. We were quite surprised that nobody on staff told her to use an “inside” voice.”
