Took a nice stroll through the Outlet Mall and stumbled upon a unique cafe that had a Bodega environment and an amazing experience! I wanted a smoothie, got a nice banana pineapple blend and an iced coconut mocha. Really great time chatting with Sam and he def made a new customer
We went into Sam’s not knowing what we wanted and Sam was so helpful and friendly! He talked us into getting a caramel frappe that was delicious! He showed us the coffee selection and the aroma of the Jamaican coffee was intoxicating. We bought two bags of coffee also. It not only smells great, but it has a nice smooth taste. We will definitely stop back there next time we’re in Waterloo. Sam is a born salesman and store owner.
Great coffee and spectacular people! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. It is going to be a stop each time I go to the Finger Lakes Outlets from now on. Thank you, again! 😊
