delicious food, fair prices, hard- working staff... line can get long bcuz they're so popular but moves along fast :)
They are otherwise a great place compared to surrounding fast food restaurants, but if they get any busyness whatsoever wrap quality and customer service goes out the window.
I don’t normally make a stink about these sort of things because I understand. However, if your customers are being patient and pleasant the least you can do is learn to wrap a burrito.
If I wanted a burrito bowl, I would have ordered it.
