I get showing a membership card to get in the door with todays societal deficiencies but what I’ll never ever understand is why make me feel like a criminal for checking myself out when your store fails to employ enough cashiers? It’s truly ridiculous and degrading. It’s almost to the point where you’re membership isn’t worth the hassle received upon entry and exit. This store makes me feel like like a criminal for spending my money! Fix it or I’m done!
We were in the Watertown NY store yesterday around 12:30, August 29th.
I must say the gentleman who was checking membership cards was so personable and friendly, and it was obvious he knew a lot of customers, and that they really liked him. And the lady who checked our bill/cart was very friendly as well. I wasn’t expecting this at all. What a wonderful experience.
