“I stopped into the lobby to place an order around 10am on 10/19, a Saturday morning. The place was completely packed, with a drive thru line wrapped into the street. Their espresso machine was down (seemed to have just happened), and they had multiple upset (and might I add, impatient) customers. The gentleman running the register was incredible. He maintained his composure and remained so patient with all of the customers and all of the employees behind the counter. I respect that so much! I got a blueberry donut iced coffee + a caramel iced coffee, in place of a blueberry donut iced latte + iced caramel macchiato. Both turned out great for being our second option of the morning. Shoutout to the staff for their customer service, especially the person on register. I wish I would have gotten his name to give him a shoutout. Kudos! Love to see a fellow barista who wants to make someone’s day better, regardless of the troubles of coffee shop morning shifts.“
