“There is so much more we could recommend. We have eaten here several times and we’ve not been disappointed! But something that touched us just yesterday, 2/2/25, was our waiter Shawn! We took our daughter, who has special needs, to Jerlando’s for lunch and Shawn was amazing. Not only was he an excellent waiter, but our daughter wanted a hug and Shawn never skipped a beat and leaned right in and let our daughter hug him!! His kindness toward her touched our hearts deeply! Thank you Jerlando’s for another fine meal and thank you so much Shawn for your extremely friendly attitude and your heart touching kindness to our special girl!“

“Stopped by here this past Sunday after looking for a place to eat and so far it turned out to be awesome!Service was amazing and she was super helpful and sweet.The food was great and so were the drinks. They have an outdoor section as well. It had nothing but beautiful views there of the lake.“

“Have visited too many times to count since its opening and have been so happy with their delicious, fairly priced food and great customer service. Just stopped in a few days ago and had the chance to try their Seneca Fries— don’t miss those! Or their rotating seasonal cocktails. Family friendly and beautiful views!“

“Their food is good, service is fast, and it’s pretty cheap! The cheese pizza and buffalo chicken pizza were both flavorful and good sized slices. They had two almost full cases of pizzas and calzones to choose slices from and we were served right away. Three slices and a drink came out to $14. The only minor complaint is that it’s a little too greasy, but nothing out of the ordinary for chain pizza.“

“Came here on a whim while on vacation, Incredible. Started the night with the pickle platter. It’s worth every penny if you are a fan of pickled things. The jalapeno pickles were my favorite of the bunch. Went with the burntendwich and it did not disappoint! Incredibly savory. Upgrade to the mac on the sandwich or get the premium mac on the side, it’s incredible. Alli was incredibly hospitable and knew all the good flavor combos. Ask for her if you can. Will be back again!“
