“This is my favorite Chipotle location in the Rochester area. The employees are always nice even when short staffed and stressed out. They were short staffed and out of Guacamole today when I came, so I just got chips and a small queso instead, but the person who I assume is the manager let me take it for free on the house! I’ve never experienced that at a Chipotle before and it made my day. I’ll always prefer this location!“
“If Kristi didn’t show up, this place would be closed! Working alone, PILES of dishes, garbage overflowing, and working ALONE! She works like 3 people…and it shows bc she’s hustling through the line alone at 9pm on a Tuesday. Hopefully she gets paid for her ambition. Said the owners’ not here and makes their employees pick up the slack alone. Hopefully they give her the option to close at 8pm like the empire place so they can clean. Out of a lot of items. Ridiculous they stay open with no food.“
