Friendly environment, food is fresh
Two visits in the last month. Two order issues.
1-- ordered online, pulled up to the window to pick up. They couldn't find the order. Two employees said can't find the order and had not been trained on what to do in that situation. I parked my car and went in. Finally saw a manager who found the order. No compensation offered, so I asked for a comp of guac. He complied reluctantly.
