Locations like this are why chipotle is starting to get a bad reputation for their serving size. I asked for extra of everything and it still came out to the exact same size as when i ask for a normal amount at other locations. Also the lady serving me was rude. I didnt even feeling like eating by the end of it..

My boyfriend just went in to pick up some salads for dinner. He brought them home there were pieces, tiny, crumbled pieces of chicken, smothered in sour cream and that’s about it. I have never been so disappointed with an order from chipotle I rave about it all the time. I called four times couldn’t get through. NEVER

We often pick this place because of the convenience of the drive-through over the Holt Road location, but it is consistently the worst Service and most always has brown guacamole and mistakes on the orders. I ordered double chicken on my burrito bowl and there’s barely full chicken. My wife ordered the veggie salad bowl and there’s probably a half of serving of veggies on there.The rice is always hard and inedible.

First when we arrived there was a line of 5 of us waiting and 3 employees standing around talking not serving anyone. Then when someone finally started to serve the guy in front of us he said they had no steak. Then I ordered and my mom went to order after me. Then they said they had no chicken. Both the guy in front of us and my mom asked how long it would be for meat and they said "it's going to be a while." And turned us away. No one had even started cooking meat.I understand running out of food, but I don't understand not making any more when you start to run low. I also don't understand why everyone was just standing around and when they did finally start to serve us that they were so rude. Worst visit to chipolte I've ever had. We won't come back to this location.

They are always out of everything, but take your money through the app, then you need to call to try and get a refund. We got no food after ordering 2 meals yet they offered one free entree to compensate!
They are constantly out of food, or the food is old. I’ve been here 3 times in two weeks, or tried to, and hasn’t had rice.I’ve ordered food from here and has been delivered missing ingredients. Not replaced just missing.The tables are always filthy. There’s no napkins or forks.The staff is nice enough.

I stop here on Fridays to get my daughter a cheese quesadilla. I order online. Quesadilla and chips. The order always takes 15+ minutes longer than the website says. Tonight it took 30+ minutes to get the food, and they were out of chips…THAT I STILL PAID

This is a newer one, but the resturant always looks amazing, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the food is top notch and oh so delicious. No mistakes and the food area is always kept up and clean. Will definatly make this my go-to resturant.
