This is my favorite Chipotle location in the Rochester area. The employees are always nice even when short staffed and stressed out. They were short staffed and out of Guacamole today when I came, so I just got chips and a small queso instead, but the person who I assume is the manager let me take it for free on the house! I’ve never experienced that at a Chipotle before and it made my day. I’ll always prefer this location!

This location was doing so well, it was the only one in the area my girls and I would visit. I don’t know what’s changed but over the past 2-3 months, it’s been a very different experience. The location is now frequently closed, with either no notice and the doors are just locked, or paper signs saying they’re closed or drive through only. 10/7/24: The joint is small but had an efficient use of space. The food was plentiful & served by polite guys. The food tasted fresh. The place was clean. 2 entrances to drive in & out of the parking lot : 1 from Empire Blvd & 1 from Creek St., which is helpful. It's great that Webster has two Chipotle eateries.
