They do not accept cash so you will need to have alternative payment options. The food quality is exactly as you'd expect ordering pizza hut.

Went in for a pickup, very crowded. Inquired about my order 3x in 12 minutes. The first answer was it will be ready in about a minute. The second time I asked a different person and was ignored. The 3rd time I asked, a bearded worker raised his voice at me and did not attempt to even look for my order, said we’re busy. I said I just need to know because I have been waiting and if it will be any longer, I will have to drop this order. He then proceeded to look very angry...

From 2023: New melts are delicious!
Today, August 6, 2024, I got a Hut Box with fries and a personal pan. This was the first time I had their fries, and they were some of the best I've ever had. The service was excellent, courteous, and prompt. The lower rating for Atmosphere was just because their dine-in area was closed, so I had to eat in my car, which wasn't awful, but not what I planned or desired.
