Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews offers a welcoming atmosphere with big and cozy booths. The menu features delicious options like the Mushroom Burger, cheeseburgers, and battered fish and fries. Guests experienced long wait times, but the staff, including managers and servers, provide excellent service. The server was top notch, always kept glasses full and bottomless sides coming. Entrees were exactly as ordered and piping hot. The dining area was very busy but food was provided in a timely manner. Burgers can be switched to crispy chicken sandwiches. Guests can split milkshakes and enjoy appetizers. The manager took an appetizer off the bill because it came out at the same time as entrees, which was very nice. Be prepared for a pricier meal, as the "endless sides" are included in the cost. While it may not be ideal for budget-minded families, it's a great spot for a date night or special occasion.
