“We already love their food, but tonight we found out their customer service is just as good! We ordered dinner and when we went to pick it up, found out that they ran out of one of the items in our order. Not only did they offer us an alternative, they threw in some extras to make up for it! “I live in Wantagh and have been to Dang many, many times. The food is great, the service is fantaststic and I would rate you a 10 out of 10 but for one thing...the MUSIC is horrible! It is the same songs by the same artist every time we attend and it is about 50% too loud as well. I like country music and it is appropriate but please, get some decent country music that has some classics and recognizable artists. Today, we had a great lunch and our waitress, Kaitlin, was wonderful. But we skipped desert because we just could not take any more of the terrible music. I know others who share my opinion. Please, put a cherry on the cake and play some decent music we all can enjoy and keep the volume reasonabe. It should be background music, not overpowering. Cordially, Vinny Vincent Ciro 👍“

“Thank you K Pot for making my Birthday AMAZING! My family and I had such a great time, from the moment we entered the host was so nice, funny, welcoming and well knowledge of the menu and options which help us out a lot as it was our first time there and experiencing this style cuisine. Now MASSIVE SHOUTOUT to our right hand man Johnathan. I was a restaurant manager for 8yrs, when I tell you he is every managers dream of the perfect staff. He was super nice kind funny welcoming attentive helpful throughout the entire time. Never overbearing always right on time, we never had to look for him or ask for anything he knew before we knew. Highly recommend this place specifically this location the entire staff are superb 👌🏽 And yes the food was amazing we couldn’t get enough of it all 😋, we’ll be back very soon.“

“Today is my second time ordering food from Bitterman BBQ on the corner of Rt 109 and Straight path in the town of west Babylon . The food was very good not to forget the big generous portion. Mr Bitterman is friendly and always has the biggest smile in his face. Please go there to get the tastiest BBQ in town. I love the garlic mashed potatoes that came with the food as a side dish, you get 2 free sides with your food.B.T“
