I haven’t enjoyed Babe’s in over a decade, but out of all the ribs I’ve ever had my life, Babe’s is in a class of their own.

Hidden in West Haverstraw, this hole in the wall is a true gem. I’m sorry to read that they are temporarily closed, but their St. Louis style ribs are honestly the best I’ve had in my life. Great place, the food here is top of the line. I’ve eaten a majority of their appetizers and entrées and all were delicious. Highly recommend!
