5 Best Delis near West Hempstead

“Came to New York from Florida and was on the hunt for an authentic deli for the famous BECSPK and came across brothers deli.
Upon walking in, the young man at the register was dealing with a customer fighting over 5 cents trying to scam the store. I watched it all unfold. The worker kept his cool, stayed firm on his response and professional.
Even after the customer left he didn’t complain about the interaction! I like that!
We joked and talked about visiting home ( NY) after being away for many years and the nostalgic candies we saw waiting.
Needless to say, we came back almost daily for their breakfast. Absolutely perfect, they accommodated our allergy request and was greeted with a smile and nice conversation each time. There is something special about knowing your value in a store and they definitely made us feel welcome, for a little corner deli, They are making a nice footprint in the community!
We would love to comeback and say hi during our next visit!

“Medium sized deli with a dining area. Staff was very nice and cheerful. I went in for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Wait time is not long and the food is very good. The decor could be updated but overall pleasant experience. Stop by if your hungry.“
