Went to the Babylon location today. Foods great. Customer service is not. I ordered take out and decided since it was nice out I was going to stay and eat there on the tables outside. I asked the mono tone, lady at the counter if I could sit outside and eat and she gave me an attitude and said "it's for dine in customers only but I'll let you this one time" Then while I'm actively eating a man came outside and told me the tables are for dine in only. I have a tree nut allergy!!! And they gave me a panini with pesto which is made with nuts … good thing I checked before I bit it!
Tonight I had a mozzarella stick which I’ve had before from here and was fine… tonight I had an allergic reaction!!! I called and they tell me they had a catering order with nuts and cheese in the kitchen and maybe it touched ! All I got was an I’m sorry!!!! If there was a piece of nut in my food rather than just cross contamination...read full review
