I am very disappointed with the new design which is not customer friendly. Now you add a kiosk and the poor employee wearing a reflective vest. I want to talk to a human..Then the manager I believe her name is andrea. Just very rude and her customer service face needs work..This mc donlands was a cool spot when My daughter was younger now.... Nope ...I will find another place where its customer and people friendly
What happened to this McDonald’s? It used to be terrific but now, not so much. The last few times I’ve been there it appears to be spiraling downward. I eat in and go through the drive thru. The tables are dirty, there isn’t any hand sanitizer. I waited quite a while inside to be waited on and I was the only one there. Drove thru today. The food was cold. Customer service is non existent. I didn’t get napkins, ketchup, salt, pepper. This used to be an excellent store....read full review
Worst customer service! Just left there and they messed up the whole order . Didn’t even try to fix it . 😡 They try to argue with me about it instead of fixing the order for me.
