“I’ve been to pretty much every Mexican restaurant in the south towns and I can say with confidence that Don Juan is my favorite. The food is consistently a step above what I’ve had everywhere else. I’ve gotten take out here several times but never dined in, so I can’t offer much of an opinion on the service, but everyone I’ve dealt with during the take out process has been helpful and very friendly. Thanks Don Juan crew and keep up the great work.“

Last week, place was a mess, Pepsi was out of syrup, no sauce packets.

I've come to the conclusion sometimes it's the employees and lack of work ethic. However, I think management is mostly to blame at this location. Two, that's it. Two employees are expected to take the order at drive thru and at the counter, make the food, run it out to curbside, stock the pop machine and condiments all while trying to provide good customer service. Ridiculous. For one, if you're going to only have two employees, you need to stop the curbside nonsense, you have a drive thru. I'm standing there waiting for my food while one of the two workers have to run outside and hand people sitting in their car food.“

“wow! there is no other Mexican good in WNY that is this good or has such an extensive menu. Nopales, sopa, tongue. it is very popular too - we got the last table on a Thursday at 545 - line out the door when we left. Efficient service, cold Modelos...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!“

“I went to lunch with my 12 and 6 year old boys. Fresh and delicious chips and salsa. I got the lunch portion Chimichanga and the boys got ground beef tacos. Everything was absolutely delicious and very fresh. The guacamole that topped the salad with my meal was excellent (wish I would have ordered a side of guac - next time for sure). My picky boys cleaned their plates and we shared a slice of tres leches after - OMG the best cake I've ever eaten!! Highly recommended.“

“We have always loved Arriba - it is a staple for our family and we always have a great experience, great food and leave happy. But tonight was exceptional and it was because of our waitress. She was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure we had everything we needed… and more. She was tentative, kind, and before we could ask for anything she was already bringing what we needed. I wish I knew her name but she had two long braids in her hair. If the owners of Arriba see this - please know you have a gem of an employee. We are always saying how the service at a restaurant almost matters more than the food. And well, we have always returned back because we love the food… but we are OVERLY impressed with the service we had tonight and it was one of the most enjoyable restaurant experiences we have had as a family.
