Ordered a customized cake for my son’s birthday and got a cake full of flowers that they probably had on display. Extremely disappointed.
The ice cream cake here tastes freezer burnt
Bad management is obvious and the ice cream is not great enough. The staffer was very accommodating and quick, but it was obvious the store is run by a "who cares" style of manager. And to have to dish ice cream PLUS sling Dunkin Donuts take-out orders all by herself on a hot June evening is a ridiculous expectation. And Carvel is across the street...
