Absolutely incredible service from our waiter Kent! He went above and beyond making sure our grill was always ready and not burning too hot and attended to us with napkins and refills! Amazing worker

I am from SF and I’ve gone to many kbbqs there and let me tell you…. NONE OF THEM COMPARE TO THIS KBBQ. Amazing food, the amount of options for different types of meats and veggies is incredible. Cleanest and most organized KBBQ, with amazing options of sauces. The best kbbq ever.

Joshua was our server….impeccable service. Top tier. Always making sure our water was filled, changing our grills when needed, and even helping with our food. Literally the best service ever. My bf and I had an amazing time. Will be coming back and hopefully Joshua is our server again.

This is a review for someone who had a large party.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here, chosen because we had about 50 people (family and friends) which we know is a HUGE ask, but we tried to be flexible because we loved the Kpot in bay shore and the manager Tommy was very reasonable when communicating what the business could accommodate and what we were asking.

Price, food and drinks were written out for us so we knew the cost (you’re basically paying the per person price for dinner with no group discount, just guaranteeing a larger number of people). Service was fast, food was of good quality and everyone was happy.

The problem I had was how we were treated during the evening. The manager (female) was very curt and made our party of 50 people wait OUTSIDE until everyone was present and we could all be seated at once. This was in April when it was still kind of cold. She also forbade people to sit at smaller tables, wanting us to fill every seat - and adding extra chairs to the edges of the large corralled area - before anyone could be seated at the next table. We ended up taking 4 additional tables, which we knew we needed to accommodate the 50 total. I understand this is a business and you make your money by table, but there was no need to talk down to both my husband and my in laws telling us where and when to sit. We aren’t Karen’s and we’re willing to work with staff. But it seemed she was more interested in making sure more tables were available to the dinner rush. Wouldn’t recommend doing a large party there, doesn’t seem like they are too happy about doing things like that. And I get it, it’s chaos but we weren’t animals or anything.

They have a wide selection of meat options, you don’t get to choose your own pieces but they give generous portions and it arrived quickly. Jin was a very attentive server. I wish they gave you your own bottle of oil and had more dessert options.
