I come here every once in a while with my family. Normally the service and food are fine and amazing which is why we like coming. However today coming here the staff, a female, was not exactly particularly in a great mood. When we asked her about the 3rd box because we had bought 3 boxes of 3 pieces of chicken for $5 deal. We asked about the 3rd box because she only gave us 2. She went back to grab another box, total normal, but we saw her grab it from the spicy section. So when we asked to confirm, “wait this is original not spicy right? Sorry my daughter can’t eat spicy”, we ordered 3 original, she dreadfully sighed. She went back and replaced all three boxes with seeming-full distain, and placed 2 small drumsticks, with 1 small thigh in each. I watched her as she purposefully picked around for drumsticks and smaller pieces to place in each box. As she did this she rolled her eyes giving us our order as we left. I understand it is difficult to work in the service industry sometimes, but if you’re not willing to give good service, you shouldn’t work in a customer service job. My mother tried handling this nicely and politely, no disrespect in her voice or tone. Going out to just treat ourselves to food shouldn’t be an interaction that we feel like we’re burdening someone.

This location is very slow, but they have 4 people working in front, and you see they have lot of chickens but they simply don't pack your orders for you. Everyone is waiting for no reason, the chickens are seating in front of you, but you can't get it. What's wrong with that

Don’t come to this Popeyes they provide terrible customer service and don’t want to accommodate to anyone !

Worst customer service I placed my order online came to pick up and I didn’t get greeted told them the name I was picking up for and all the manager did was turn around and said nothing

Food is good but service is pathetically slow. 5 people to pack food, but no one tells you you have to wait while chicken cooks. Here's a thought keep cooking chicken through peak hours rather when needed.
