Chop It Up Salads and Smoothies | Fresh & Healthy

What is the point of ordering my meal 40 minutes an ahead of time if it won’t be ready. Multiple people walked in and had their meal made before mine had even been started. As the workers were watching me they had forgotten to make my meal as I’m standing there. Absolutely frustrating considering I preorder as to not cut into my lunch time.

I like this place. good and quick salads when it’s made by the right people but unfortunately last few times I visited they had this young lady that did not have a clue what she was doing. very unprofessional I still came back hoping it would be a different outcome but every time she would prepare the salads they were not well made. My co-workers complained as well. Please hire more competent employees.

Very fresh salads. Delicious ingredients. Warm atmosphere. Lovely workers make this an exceptional experience. I have been looking for a fresh salad like this for a while and the usual chain stores can't hold a candle to my new favorite - Chop It Up Salad!!!!

I am now officially a salad person , everything is TOP SHELF , great tasting , healthy , clean amazing place and the owner is a GREAT man with high standards! I normally don’t give 5 stars , I believe we all have room to grow. But this place is OFFICIAL, fairly priced And deserves the high praise. I tell all my friends go check them out you will LOVE it. So I highly recommend you ALL go check them out and enjoy the magic he has created. 5✨⭐️??⭐️ all the way !!

Chop It Up (on Mamaroneck Ave in white plains across from Ice cream social) did a great job making sure my daughter’s made to order freshly chopped salad was safe for her! Every topping has its own scooper so there is no cross contamination. Their gloves are changed after each customer and they cleaned the mixing bowl and chopper again right in front of us to make doubly sure they were clean. Also the owner/manager came out to show us that the quinoa is GF and was very clear about which dressings are GF. Will definitely make this our go to place for food on the go. So happy we found this place!!!

I’ve been patronizing this place for over 2 years. They refused to honor my rewards points and give me a free salad because it was a custom order. I understood and had them
Make me another one yet they still tried to
Charge me for the previous salad even though they were not clear with how I redeem my free salad. The manager came in and doubled down you would think after seeing me for years they would treat a loyal customer with more respect.

We don't have a lot of healthy food options here in white plains. I loved the food and juices we had gotten. However, i will say i was taken a back a little because i walked in for the first time and a nice girl asked what she can get for me but i wanted to take a look at the menu first because i did not know what the options were. She didn't understand me and kept asking me to repeat myself and for a total of 4 times she had asked me.. she did not know english and her co workers heard everything but they did not help her or tell her what i kept saying. So it was just an awkward encounter i don't know spanish and she shouldnt assume i know it either.. customer service is very important i don't judge peoples languages but it makes it very hard to order in a food establishment. How would i have told her what i wanted if she didn't understand me at all..? It made me look rude because i kept going louder so she can understand and pointing "1 minuet" to let her know i need time to actually look at the menu. Otherwise this place is good.
