“The first time I went I got one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I held back from reviewing until my next visit, which confirmed my suspicion... this place is awesome.
I was shocked to see any reviews less than 5 stars. This is a deli, not a fine dining establishment. They give you an insane deal. The chicken wraps have almost an entire chicken breast in them. Very fair price.

“There’s a gem of a deli on Martine Avenue, just next door to La Botte, a new Italian restaurant. I walked into the Plaza Deli and was engulfed with delicious aromas of grilled bacon and couldn’t help but feel the sudden desire to sample a few of the deli’s meals. I was all impressed with their delicious looking muffins and other dessert items! I’m planning to return soon since it’s great to discover wonderful places to grab lunch or a delicious dessert.“

“I went to this place on my way to the beach. I was expecting to get some cold deli sandwich...until I saw the BEAUTIFUL PERNIL on their hot table! I went ahead and made my own design of a sandwich with pernil, lettuce, tomato, mayo and bacon! O-M-G!!!!! The most delicious, tender and juicy sandwich I’ve ever had! “In January of 2021, I brought and treated my wife and myself for lunch at the Gianfranco Pizzeria & Restaurant. It was our first time dining inside the amazing pizzeria and the restaurant definitely made a great first impression. The restaurant’s staff were very welcoming and treated my wife and I with great customer service. They were very attentive to our inquiries and requests, correctly took our orders and did a wonderful job in timely serving our meals. Our meal consisted of Caesar salad with grilled shrimp which was made exclusively for my wife, mild chicken wing appetizer which was made for me and my wife and a large margarita/spinach pizza pie, which was also made for me and my wife. All of the dishes that were part of our meal was absolutely well prepared, well seasoned, tasty and absolutely delicious!!! Both my wife and I loved every single part of our meals!!! In light of our great meal and service, both my wife and I definitely consider Gianfranco Pizzeria & Restaurant a top dining destination in Westchester County. We highly recommend for all patrons to try out and taste their superbly made pizza!!!“

“It is not an insult to say it is a typical NY deli. Walk in, order a sandwich, lots of drinks to choose from, out the door in minutes with a good breakfast or lunch at a fair price. There is nothing better than a typical NY deli. Seating for 4 people, total, so you can eat there is a spot is open.“

“The salads are a solid healthy meals. They put a variety of vegetables over the lettuce and one protein is included. Marcos makes a delicious salsa. It adds flavor and heat to the tasty food. The employees do a good job at making the pasta salad, cold cut salad. They are always good tasting.
The prices are at a premium.“
