K-Town Food Court happened to be inside the H Mart supermarket. It can be accessed from the checkout lanes of H Mart. The menu has 18 items but felt that they are quite expensive. I saw that there are items that were seasonal. Turns out the cashier was enjoying her meal when I wanted to order. The servers were Hispanic. The order of cold noodles took a few minutes to be ready. The noodles were consistent with soba buckwheat while the broth was a fish-based that was sour and savory.
A food court almost always is made up of more than one vendor, so this lone place in the front of H Mart was unexpected when I eventually found it. But their food was impeccable, and that's pretty much all that matters. We were here on a recent weekday soon after they opened and there was probably only one of two orders in front of us. Lots of options but nothing fancy or awesome. Everything is pretty much average. Ramen is below average. Good portion size. Good for a small family where everyone wants something different.
