“My mother has been talking about the tomato pie from O’Scugnizzo’s for at least the last 30 years. My grandfather owned a children’s shoe shop and lived in new Hartford. This was one of the very few highlights in her early culinary experiences.
And it delivered. Super nice people behind the counter as well. It’s just off the Thruway. Easy to get to plenty of parking do yourself a favor and skip the awful throughway food.“

“If you are looking for a great place to have a gathering or your next party, Lukins Brick Oven Pizza did a wonderful job catering and hosting my son's graduation party yesterday. Every one of our guests kept raving about how good the pizza and wings were. The staff was so accommodating that were working. The owner Tom went above and beyond to provide the best experience possible as we had to move inside due to weather. There were also several gluten allergies that were accommodated with pasta that was said to be very good and all our wings and salad were also made gluten free. The back patio/bar area is beautiful and a great private area for a gathering also. Thank you Tom and staff for a wonderful day. Coming from Florida to have a party was a lot and it went very smoothly.“

“As far as pizza hut goes, this was great. Made an online order for carryout, and our food was ready and hot at the appropriate time. Service was great and it was easy to pick up. Though we didnt eat inside, it seemed like a classic Pizza Hut environment. Food was exactly as expected from a pizza hut. Definetly recomend this for your next pizza night!“

“Joey’s catered my sisters wedding last night and it was incredible. they took all the stress off our plates and put great food on them. it was outside and they brought everything they needed to set up in their own space. they had the food going for a little while before we all ate and it was still so. good. every single thing we had was incredible and if i wasn’t in a maid of honor dress i would’ve eaten a whole tray of that eggplant parmesan haha. i highly recommend them for any catering you need, and if you stop in to eat make sure to get the italian nachos, they’re to die for!“

“We rolled into swifty’s on a Sunday for lunch, 30 minutes after they opened with a 16 year old hockey team and parents who were killing time between hockey games at the nexus center and wanted a place to watch the bills game for a bit. I am sure they were overwhelmed by 45 people who walked in at one time. Let me just say… they were amazing. Everyone got their drinks and then everyone placed a food order. The bar tender.. Amanda? Was the best! The food rolled out of that kitchen like it was normal. And to top it off.. everyone’s lunch was awesome. Huge burgers, great pizza, one huge fan of the chicken parm, loaded fry’s had multiple fans and the other wraps and sandwiches all had great reviews. Nobody was dissapointed. “Not gonna lie, I honestly thought this place shut down several years ago. It's open now and just the same as I remember it from before COVID.

It used to be a Browns Backers bar on Sundays, but I'm not sure that's the case anymore. Either way, it's nice to have it back!“

Subs, pizza and pasta were all great, and the staff was excellent, especially the front of the house. Inside was small, but clean. Only knock is no public restrooms, but I get why they wouldn't be open. Would definitely recommend this place!“
