Healthy & Delicious shakes, teas, and tasty treats too!

Seriously the BEST protein shakes I’ve ever had! I’ve tried all kinds of shakes in the past; if they tasted great they didn’t have much protein and the ones packed with protein typically left a bad taste. NOT these!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a delicious low calorie shake with all the added benefits! Torrey and her team are so friendly and welcoming, give it a try and it may just be your new favorite place!

I like to research healthy places when I travel and had found this upon a google search. i was disappointed when I arrived and asked to see the protein powders being used. The main one has soy protein isolate as the first ingredient and contains milk. Soy protein is a difficult to digest protein and can be problematic for those with thyroid disease.
